We’ve already designed and launched the brand and the full website on Squarespace.. After years of marketing agency and developers barely able to understand this let alone create it the way i wanted to I began to create the websites in SquareSpace for the ease of it, the  luxury look and because i needed these brand so be clear even if i don't know all the sales architecture of high converting funnels i needed to create this reality that is going to be ongoing and a major buildout over time with many more pages to come as well. Now the site looks exactly how i want it to look however i wish i'd created it on Kajabi considering all the sales and marketing features it has and so now I am looking at what it will take to migrate it there and then have whoever helps me build more out each month and also be the go-to for our incoming clients build out as well...

So having built a masterpiece of high frequency reality on the last two sites (our previous brand -theempirecompany.com) and the new version (themogulsclub.com) Im seriously looking at migrating the site so its basically a clone however adding upgrades from a program ive seen where a woman who does some similar training as i do is selling her courses and programs through Kakabi with automatic enrollments without sales calls, so i want to convert our program pages that have "book a call" pages and actually create the pages to have the enrollment happen on the spot with an option to send in a request to book a call if needing help deciding between programs..so that we go from all pages that say "book a call" to be enroll and to have this same process as the women who is showing me how to do this..

Overall i trust this brand and her set up thejamiesea.com  and want to create similarly with our brand and our priorities as initiually we'll have a few programs to set up but will have several offers to overall set up as we go along so this will be a larger build out but the migration being successful first is key as i love my website as its finally me nad what i wanted but am wishign it was on Kajabi for all the sales options with check out and such...i also want the migration to be done so cost effectivly as i just invested 8 months, tons of money and hundreds of hours myself finally creating a brand and a site that i love...i like creating the pages so i can show what i want and may continue to do so as i have another 10 pages to build out beyond this as ill be creating a marketplace as well and i have an online magazine as well so this is a migration first so im on the corretion platofrom for a full ecosystem and also it needs to be super cost effetive timely and then with someoen that i can trust to create all the new stuff as well..

Now with it being a desire to migrate my brand new Squarespace site and everything into Kajabi, so the entire operational engine — sales, checkout, email automation, offers, community, and affiliate systems — can scale globally i need the right person who can do the highest quality at the lowest fees as i built my new site using the web development funds this year on this project and wasn't expecting to do a big migration right away...

This project is not a basic migration.
It’s the foundation of a sales-driven transformation machine — and the opportunity for one Kajabi expert to become the ongoing Web Mogul / Lead Developer for a rapidly expanding brand and if you prove yourself on this you'll get to do it ongoing and be the person we refer our clients to for the same services..

Your Role

You will rebuild the existing Squarespace site inside Kajabi — matching its design, flow, and energy exactly — and set up the entire enrollment and automation system that allows new members to:

1. Discover the brand through blog/podcast/webinar content,

2. Enroll automatically in programs and Reality Fields (no manual sales calls), and

3. Enter the community experience where the mutation process happens.

We are looking for the best performer at the most competitive price — someone who wants to prove themselves, build credibility, and secure an ongoing, long-term position as the go-to developer for important transformational world we are building..

There are hundreds of highly skilled Kajabi freelancers around the world offering high-quality work at value rates. We are posting this to at least 20 candidates and will choose the one who delivers:

This is a project that will test your skill, your communication, and your ability to work inside a frequency-driven creative field.

Scope of Work & Deliverables

1. Full Site Migration- This is primary first so we have a duplication of current site but on Kajabi..

• Recreate all existing Squarespace pages in Kajabi exactly.

• Ensure mobile responsiveness and premium design polish.

• Download and re-upload all media and imagery from Squarespace.
  (All images can be accessed directly through Squarespace’s live site — they are not locked.)

  Make sure all SEO is set up.

2. Product & Offer Architecture

• Create product tiers and offers for the Reality Fields:

  • The Mogul Network (Core Field)

  • MogullMaker / PowercouplelMaker /EmpireMaker / DynastyMaker / SovereignMaker /, etc..

• Add Founding Mogul discounted tiers for early members.

• Set up automated enrollment through Kajabi checkout — inspired by Jamie Sea's Kajabi site (https://thejamiesea.com) where clients self-enroll in premium programs without sales calls.

• Configure upgrade logic (members earn higher-tier invitations through engagement and completion).

3. Community Setup- follow after the site is migrated so site migration is essential first

• Implement Kajabi’s Community system (with option for future Circle.so integration).

• Create channels for each Reality Field.

• Set permissions and Access Groups for tiered memberships.

• Design branded community banners, space visuals, and a clean, cinematic layout.

• Prepare for weekly “Reality Upgrade” live events and replays (no Zoom).

• Enable gamification features: badges, points, or level-based progression such as “Power Couple Status,” “Mogul Status,” “Frequency Keyholder,” etc.

4. Automation & Email System

• Set up Kajabi automations for:

  • Enrollment confirmation

  • Onboarding sequence

  • Upgrade invitations

  • Abandoned checkout recovery

  • Post-event upsells

  • Tier promotion invitations

• Configure tags and segments for dynamic CRM tracking.

5. Blog, Podcast & Webinars

• Set up the Mogul Magazine™ Blog and Podcast sections pulling from one of our pages that is still private and only has a couple of articles on it and this needs to be transitioned..also each week we will add. new articles and you could have this role as well ongoing..

• Add templates for recurring webinars/events. and also ill make a webinar masterclass that can run for enrollment and that needs to be set up in the funnel process.

• Automate replay delivery, upsells, and follow-ups.

6. Testing & Launch

• Test every link, checkout, automation, and email.

• Deliver a short training (video or document) showing how to edit or add pages, offers, and automations.

Ongoing Role

Once this migration is complete, the right developer will stay on as an ongoing team WebsiteMaker- and we'd like to have this and refer clients..
Upcoming expansions include:

• +10 new pages- A Marketplace/affiliate page, Podcast page adding podcast content for our new podcast we are just starting, add current YouTube videos to our MogulMaker tV pages and also with each weeks new videos add them to the same page ongoing..Also an events page, A Retreats Page, and many more pages and offers will be added ongoing to this major ecosystem we are creating...

• New Offers and product launches

• Affiliate and partner portals

• Marketplace for transformational products

• Continuous automation optimization

You’ll become the developer who knows the brand inside out, ensuring all future additions match its visual and energetic frequency perfectly.

Project Requirements

• Proven Kajabi expertise (please share at least two full builds).

• Deep understanding of Offers, Pipelines, Automations, and Communities.

• Ability to extract media from Squarespace if not provided.

• Excellent English communication and comprehension.

• Capacity to work quickly, follow exact instructions, and document progress clearly.

• Optional bonus:

  • Experience integrating Circle.so or Zapier automations for that later stage of the project

  • Experience implementing gamification logic.

  • Eye for high-end luxury design (spacing, typography, aesthetic alignment).

Budget & Terms

This project is being posted across multiple platforms and reviewed by at least 20 freelancers globally.

• Fixed-price or ~$5-10/hour equivalent for initial migration as this is your proving ground and test of both your skills, a sense of purpose to this role as this ecosystem is the first one that is here to help humanity through a major planetary mutation of our species and its going to be submitted at a certain point for a Nobel Prize for what we are doing. 

• Future build-outs paid separately at agreed rates as well as client referrals, having you on our Mogul Marketplace site as someone we recommend to support our clients as well.

P.S. The most essential quality of anyone that I collaborate with from the get-go is to follow the directions….Others who can follow the directions of what I am asking for from the get-go already show me how it will be to work together in a state of flow.

After many years of attempting to work with many service providers for my company, this issue was there from the get-go which is an indication of whether there is alignment and flow in co- creation.

Quite simple but powerfully…I will collaborate and co-create this new reality with those who can fulfill this quality right up front…I will respond to those who can meet this essential capacity for actually following the directions.
