Sales VA #2 — Family Offices + Capital Allocators Lane (DynastyMaker™ + MogulMaker™ @ Sovereign Scale)

Role

You are joining a lead machine newly in motion—and co-creating the next level of it. This lane is Family Offices and Capital Allocators (UAE first, global expansion). You operate with polish, discretion, and execution velocity.

Most teams run Industrial-era follow-up inside Exponential acceleration. That fractures deals. We run an upgraded Human OS for the Exponential Era, and execution is the standard. That standard is The Exponential Edge™.

Team Structure (How You Fit)

You own this lane. Our other Sales VA owns other lanes (enterprise + real estate). You collaborate as one sales unit: shared standards, shared CRM hygiene, shared reporting cadence—separate targets.

Continuity expectation: if lane coverage shifts, you are able to step into full ownership of this lane and keep revenue moving.

Your Mission

Co-build and operate the Family Office + Capital Allocator lead engine that produces:

  • booked executive installs

  • paid-in-full conversions

  • clean follow-up loops

  • disciplined pipeline control

  • expansion into 90-day + annual engagements

This expands beyond marketing. This is pipeline execution + booking + conversion.

Targets (ICP)

  • Family Offices / Private Offices

  • Capital Allocators / Underwriters / Fund principals

  • Sovereign-scale investors and strategic partners

  • UHNW decision makers inside wealth ecosystems

Core Responsibilities

1) Work inbound replies (LeadsIn.io campaigns)

  • Response standard: same-day (24 hours max)

  • Move every reply to a next step: book / route / disqualify / follow-up

  • Keep tone: sovereign, concise, high-trust

2) Outbound outreach (LinkedIn + strategic targeting)

  • Identify the correct decision path (principal, CIO, investment director, head of strategy, COO/CEO)

  • Send targeted messaging and run follow-up loops until booked / dead / disqualified

  • Keep notes clean and decision-oriented

3) Booking + scheduling control

  • Book qualified calls (or route when needed)

  • Manage confirmations, reminders, and reschedules

  • Reduce no-shows through clean confirmation protocol

4) CRM management (single source of truth)

  • Track every lead, touch, status, and next step

  • Maintain clean pipeline stages and notes

  • Weekly snapshot report: booked calls, replies, follow-ups due, stuck deals, wins

5) Follow-up until booked or dead

  • No one-and-done.

  • You run the loop until it converts or closes cleanly

6) Family Office Job Alerts Targeting (Primary Outbound Engine)

You run a dedicated outbound engine focused on Family Office and Capital Allocator job alerts as a signal of active budget, urgency, and leadership demand.

Targets

  • Family Offices / Private Offices hiring in: strategy, operations, transformation, chief of staff, investment ops, growth, performance, leadership, portfolio support, governance, HR/People, and “special projects.”

  • Capital allocators hiring for: platform ops, investor relations, strategy, and transformation roles.

Process

  1. Monitor job alerts daily (LinkedIn + Google + niche sources when available).

  2. Identify the decision path: Principal / Managing Director / COO / Chief of Staff / Head of People / HRBP (varies by office).

  3. Outreach within 24 hours of the posting (speed matters).

  4. Send a precise message that connects the role’s pain to our executive install outcome.

  5. Follow up until booked / dead / disqualified and track every touch in CRM.

Standard

  • Every job-alert target becomes a tracked lead with an owner, stage, next step, and timestamp.

  • No drift. No “I sent one message.” You run the loop to conversion.

Result
Job alerts become qualified conversations that convert into booked installs and paid-in-full engagements through The Exponential Edge™.

Optional Upside: Close Without Live Call

Some prospects will buy the 1–2 day Executive Install without a live call.

When the prospect shows clear buying language and accepts stated pricing with clean alignment, you may:

  • send invoice/payment link

  • confirm paid-in-full

  • schedule dates + confirm logistics

  • mark Closed–Won in CRM

Routing rule:
If there is negotiation, scope change, proposal requests, stakeholder complexity, retainer discussion → route to Tracy.

Compensation

1) Base

  • $5/hour

  • 20 hours/week

  • 30-day pilot

2) Qualified Call Show-Up Bonus

  • $10 per qualified call that shows up

  • Qualified = ICP fit + real authority path + real urgency

  • Confirmed after attendance

3) Success Fee (Paid-in-Full Install Closures without live call)

  • 5% of paid-in-full Install fees (typically $12k–$25k+)

  • Success fee triggers only when:

    • payment is received and cleared

    • dates are booked/confirmed

    • lead fits ICP (approved)

  • No discounts unless approved

  • No percentage applies to retainers unless explicitly added

Performance expansion:

  • Increase to 10% after performance is proven (consistency + clean qualification + closed revenue)

Standards (Non-Negotiable)

  • You operate without chasing or babysitting.

  • You produce proof weekly: booked calls, clean CRM, disciplined follow-up, closed revenue.

  • You collaborate cleanly with our other Sales VA and uphold shared systems.

  • You upgrade fast. You learn the lane, then run it at sovereign velocity.
